Permission is permitted to electronically copy and print sections of this website only for the purpose of placing an order with Always Fresh BBQ or for use as a reference, provided that all applicable copyright notices appear on the copied materials. Software is made available for download only for use by end users in compliance with the software's Licensing Agreement. Cancellation Policy:

  1. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 35% of the total estimated cost is required to secure your catering date and time. This deposit will be applied to the final balance due.

  2. Cancellation Deadline: Any cancellations must be made in writing at least 14 days prior to the event date. If a cancellation is made within 14 days of the event date, you will be responsible for the full balance amount.

  3. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your event, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on our availability. If we are unable to accommodate your new date, your deposit will be forfeited to Always Fresh BBQ.

  4. Final Guest Count: We require a final guest count at least 7 days prior to your event date. This is the minimum number of guests for which you will be charged. Any decrease in guest count after this deadline will not result in a reduction of the final cost. Any increase or failure to provide count within 72 hours of event date will result in late fees.  

  5. Force Majeure: If an event is canceled or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or acts of God, we will make every effort to work with you to reschedule the event at a later date. In the event that the event cannot be rescheduled, the deposit will be forfeited to Always Fresh BBQ and the client will not be responsible for any additional fees.

Payment Terms and Conditions

  1. Payment Due Date: All invoices are due for payment within 24 hours from the date due, unless otherwise specified.

  2. Late Payment Interest: In case of late payment, interest will be charged at a rate of 23.99% per month (30 days), calculated from the original due date until the outstanding amount is settled in full. All interest is ACCUMALATIVE for a total of 180 Days.

  3. Grace Period: A grace period of 30 days will be granted beyond the payment due date. During this period, no late payment interest will be accrued. However, after the grace period, interest will apply retroactively to the original due date.

  4. Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, cheque and cash. Please ensure that all payments include the relevant invoice or reference number.

  5. Currency: All payments must be made in the currency specified on the invoice CAD (Canadian Dollar).

  6. Payment Confirmation: Once payment is received and processed, a confirmation email/receipt will be sent to the email address provided.

  7. Disputed Charges: If you believe there is an error or discrepancy in your invoice, please notify us within 5 business days of receiving the invoice. Failure to do so will be considered an acknowledgment of the accuracy of the invoice.

  8. Collections: If payment is not received within 90 days from the due date, we reserve the right to engage a collection agency to recover the outstanding amount. Legal action may also be pursued, which could result in additional costs for the debtor.

  9. Payment Allocation: In cases where multiple invoices are outstanding, payments received will be allocated to the oldest invoice first, unless specific instructions are provided in advance.

  10. Refunds: Refunds will be issued in accordance with our refund policy and applicable laws.

  11. Credit Hold: Failure to make timely payments may result in your account being placed on credit hold, which could impact future purchases and services until the outstanding balance is settled.

  12. Change of Payment Terms: We reserve the right to amend these payment terms with prior notice. Such changes will be communicated via email or other appropriate channels.
