On-Site Coordinator BBQ Chef Serving Staff Canopy's Disposables; plates, forks & knives Quantity Range: 200 Guests - $8.75 Per Person 300 Guests - $7.25 Per Person 400 Guests - $6.75 Per Person 500 Guests - $6.25 Per Person MEATS: 4 oz Hamburger, Hot Dogs on a Bun, and Vegetarian Burger (Vegan, Halal and Gluten Free Options Available) UPGRADE OPTIONS: (EXTRA) Upgrade to 8 oz Hamburgers +$0.75/Per Person Add Chicken Sandwich +$2.00/Per Person Add Premium Condiments + $2.00/Per Person CONDIMENTS (Included): Ketchup, Mustard & Relish! DRINKS (Included): Juice, Soft Drinks, Bottled Water and Iced Tea SNACK: (Included) 1 Bag of Chips - Assorted SIDES (Extra $3.00 Per Person): Small French Fries Guests will be offered any 1 of the above-grilled items, unless otherwise stated. *NOTE* What we usually do with schools is the following: The school takes pre-orders from their students along with payment and then submits a final count to us for each item: Ex. 100 Burgers 200 Hot Dogs 50 Vegetarian Burger From there, we would come prepared with a set amount of pre-ordered items. *Optional* In addition to this, we know from experience that some guests will want to purchase food that hasn't pre-ordered. To accommodate this, we usually accept payment at the event, given the schools' permission, for these orders, and give the school 10% of the total proceeds as a donation, from the sales at the event!
